Advance Life Coaching is committed to professional customer service. This is characterized by clear, timely and sincere communication to build strong connections with clients.

These connections allow us to provide a confidential, caring and non-judgmental coaching service. We ensure all our coaching is fit for purpose and carried out with a high standard of care and skill.

Customers should note that our coaching service is not a substitute for counselling.

Seeking feedback

We systematically seek feedback during and after coaching sessions. This identifies any adjustments needed to ensure we best meet the needs of our clients.

Handling complaints

We hope our service does not lead to any complaints. However, should we receive a complaint, we will work with you to identify the root of the problem. Once we have all the needed information, we will quickly work to resolve the matter. In this way the complaint will ultimately provide an opportunity for improvement in our services.
