What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?
Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: name, age (if under 18 years) address, email address, phone numbers.
This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including interviews, correspondence, by telephone, by email, via our website www.advancelifecoaching.com.au, and from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.
We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.

Inquiry information
When visitors complete our inquiry form on this site we collect the data shown in the form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Information collected includes but may not be limited to:
Your contact information to create a client account: your first name, last name, phone number, email address (and in the case of minors the contact details of parents/guardians and the age of the minor).
Confirmation that you are over 18 years of age (and in the case of minors the age of the minor).

Advance Life Coaching will only share your personal information or information about you with your consent or as permitted or required by law.

Media
Our website currently does not allow the uploading of images, however if, in the future, you are allowed to upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
